Cancellations & No Shows
Life happens , I completely understand that things can come up unexpectedly. Out of respect for my time and other guests, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may require a 50% payment of the missed service before booking your next appointment. This helps keep the schedule running smoothly and ensures availability for everyone. Thank you for understanding and valuing my time as much as I value yours.
Additional Guests
My salon suite is designed as a small, private space meant just for you , a calm moment away from the noise of everyday life. Because there isn’t extra seating or space for safety reasons, please come to your appointment solo (no additional guests or children). This helps create the most relaxing experience possible for you and others in the salon.



Service Adjustments
My goal is for you to leave absolutely in love with your hair. If something feels off, please reach out within 7 days of your original appointment so I can make any necessary adjustments.
Service adjustments are meant to perfect the look we created together, not to change the direction of your color or style completely. If you decide you’d like something different from the original plan, it will be booked as a new service.
Please note: if you’ve seen another stylist or applied color at home after your appointment, I’m unable to offer a re-do.
